The ultimate Braai wine or school night red wine! 

All batches were picked at optimal ripeness, we cooled the grapes down before processing them. All cultivars were fermented in open top fermenters with 4 punch downs a day. Wine was matured in 300L barrels 2nd and 3rd fill. Vintages 2021,2022,2023 and 2024 was used in the blending of this wine. Varieties used, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cab Franc, Petit Verdot, Shiraz and Cinsault.

Tasting Notes: This wine has all the bells and whistles that is needed in a classic blockbuster style red. Red and black fruit with classic cigar box notes with chocolate. The tannins are powdery yet velvety, exceptional length and complexity to this wine.
