The Hazendal Estate Collection White Blend 2025 is part of the estate's inaugural Estate Collection, crafted by award-winning Cellarmaster Kiara Scott Farmer. A blend of Roussanne and Marsanne, the wine reflects Hazendal's commitment to matching the right varieties to the right sites within Bottelary Hills. Inspired by the classic white wines of the Rhône Valley, this blend combines richness and texture with precision and freshness, resulting in a wine that is both expressive and beautifully balanced. The wine has already attracted significant acclaim. 

Tasting notes: Bright and inviting in the glass, with aromas of white peach, ripe pear and citrus blossom layered with subtle notes of honey, almond and dried herbs. The palate is textured and generous without feeling heavy, revealing flavours of stone fruit, lemon curd and gentle spice. A vibrant thread of acidity provides focus and energy, while a lingering mineral character carries through to a long, elegant finish.
