The approach is classic Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot and is styled around a bright purple fruit paradigm. Upfront red and black fruit aromatics are driven by careful and meticulous viticulture husbandry to maximise ripening of tannins without compromising fruit freshness.

Tasting Notes:  Bordeaux Right Bank" style blend that hightlights its "fresh, juicy fruit character" rather than being heavy or overly extracted. Think "serious, yet plush and seductive" wine with "great texture" and a polished tannin structure. Restrained elegance with a mouth filling fruit core and is seamlessly poised with pronounced aromatics of fresh black plums, mulberries, violets and pencil shaving minerality. Tannins are supple and well structured with fresh acidity to support an opulent mid palate for texture and balance.

Food Pairing: Red Meats: Steal, Oxtail, Venison, and Lebanese-style lamb. Rich & Savory: Classic Italian pasta dishes and Moroccan tagines.
