A complex, medium-bodied white blend from the Western Cape, crafted by Pieter Walser from 12 grape varieties across 17 vineyards. It features a bright, textured mouthfeel and tasting notes of citrus zest, pear, green apple, and subtle, nutty almond and honey undertones.

Varietals: Clairette Blanche, Verdelho, Marsanne, Roussanne, Grenache blanc, Grenache Gris, Weisser Riesling, Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc, Palomino, Fernão Pires, Chenin blanc

Tasting Notes: Lively aromas of citrus, green apple, pear, and crushed almonds, with delicate undertones of waxy honey, rosewater, and herbal florals. Medium-bodied and textured with refreshing acidity. Offers tangy lemon, lime, and pear flavors, complemented by subtle ginger spice, salted almonds, and a crisp, saline finish. Clean, dry, and mouth-watering with a gentle phenolic grip and lingering fruit.

Food Pairing: Complex, textured, and mineral-driven white blend. Due to its high acidity, creamy texture, and saline finish, it pairs best with fresh seafood, goat’s cheese, creamy poultry dishes, and lightly spiced vegetable plates.
