BX Wine Shop x Fat Venzo: A Taste of Italy

We’re turning BX Wine Shop into a mini-Italian kitchen for one night only! Join us for a hands-on pasta sauce cooking class, perfectly paired with Italian wines.

You will learn how to make two incredible sauces with fresh homemade pasta. Elena from Fat Venzo will be guiding you thru each step.

2 Courses will be:
- Pesto alla Trapanese: Tomatoes, almonds, basil, olive oil, pecorino & garlic.
- Prosciutto di San Daniele: Prosciutto, cream & poppy seeds
